SkyLab Joins Red Hat Independent Software Vendor (ISV) Partner Program

To provide secure, low latency and high-performance edge computing cloud platform


SkyLab Services Pte Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary of SkyLab Holding, shared that they have joined  the Red Hat Independent Software Vendor (ISV) partner program to provide an advanced Multi-Access Edge Computing (MEC) platform to leverage on SkyLab’s advanced MEC operating system (OS) and Red Hat’s enterprise  solutions.


SkyLab’s MEC platform aims to meet the needs for secure, large scale, low latency and high-performance edge compute for a wide spectrum of industries, ranging from smart utilities, smart cities and buildings, industrial IoT, maritime as well as the telecommunication sectors.


The Red Hat Independent Software Vendor (ISV) partner program delivers solutions featuring Red Hat technology, helping customers take advantage of the power of open source. The program brings advanced, cost-effective collaboration to the reliable, scalable and more secure Red Hat technologies for enterprise-grade IT services, whether on premise or in the cloud.


Through this collaboration, SkyLab can now explore a range of open source technology solutions that are the foundations for digital transformation and innovation, including Red Hat Enterprise Linux and Red Hat OpenShift, an enterprise-ready Kubernetes container platform.
